You will be working on a variety of exciting projects giving you the opportunity to develop skills ranging from IT and data to recruitment to sales (depending on which areas of the business you would like to get involved in). Job description

tutor in your specialist subject/s

communicate with clients, including about Oxbridge admissions

scope for project management and leadership

work in small teams on a variety of projects, such as:

developing our international client base, including building relationships with some of the world’s top schools

working on our back-end and front-end IT systems, including maintaining and extracting insights from our data

working on our digital marketing using tools such as Google Ads
-
recruiting new staff and tutors
-
developing academic resources for a variety of subjects and levels

may include travel to schools in the UK and internationally
Work pattern (40 hours per week)
-
core office hours: 4 or more hours per day between 8.30 am and 2 pm (depending on your tutoring hours)

a commitment to tutoring up to 20 hours per week (subject to negotiation), including online tutoring – to be balanced with time in the office

your tutoring schedule may include some evenings and weekends

you must be available for tutoring during the Easter school holidays, and the half terms in February and May
Remuneration

£25 000 to £30 000 depending on experience
